Women in Leadership: Inspiring Positive Change

(This article is updated regularly with informations about the full video and the weekly reflections from the facilitator. Please go to the end of the article to get these informations.)

"Women in Leadership"-why this matters? Why should women and men work hand in hand to advance women's leadership? What are the valued attributes and behaviors of women in the workplace? What derails women's career advancement and what propels them upward? How can women empower themselves? How can women best integrate their multiple family and work life commitments? How can organizations help women excel?

Join me in this "Women in Leadership: Inspiring Positive Change" course to find the answers of those above and beyond questions. This five weeks long course is initiated by Case Western Reserve University and offered by Coursera.
